Frequently asked questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts, and resources like memory and replicas are settings on your app that you can change and redeploy whenever you like.
What happens if I exceed my bandwidth?
We'll talk to you about it. Nothing gets cut off without warning and you won't get a surprise bill — during early access there's no billing to be surprised by.
Do you offer a free trial?
A 14-day trial is on our roadmap. While we're in early access there's no billing to start at all — get in touch and we'll set you up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No cancellation fees, no lock-in. Your data is always exportable. Stop anytime.
How does billing work?
Right now, it doesn't — early access accounts aren't billed. When we do start charging it'll be monthly, and we'll agree it with you first rather than switching it on.
Are the plans above final?
